Attractive, SA (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen') collar-patch-pair (ie. 'Kragenspiegelsatz') as executed in darker-green-coloured wool as was intended for an: 'SA-Scharführer' serving within the 'SA-Standarte 118' ('SA-Gruppe Kurpfalz o. Nordsee')
This is a neat - and fully matching! - specific SA (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen') collar-patch-pair (ie. 'Kragenspiegelsatz') as executed in darker-green-coloured wool as was intended for usage by an: 'SA-Scharführer' serving within the: 'SA-Standarte 118' ('SA-Gruppe Kurpfalz o. Nordsee') being a just moderately used- and/or carefully tunic-removed pair (of which the numeral-tab still retains its period-attached 'RzM'-etiket). The pieces - that show both a typical 'buckram'-based 'backing' - come in an overall nicely preserved condition and show the (white-toned) '20/118'-numerals (ie. cyphers or 'Ziffern') as executed in white-coloured linnen- or wool which are executed by means of so-called: 'Kurbelstickerei' (as can be seen on the pictures). The rank-tab shows a single (I deem 'Buntmetall'-based) pip denoting the rank of an: 'SA-Scharführer'. This particular pair was found with various other SA-related cloth-insignia and was part of a grouping that was recently uncovered in the USA where it was brought after 1945 as a so-called: 'veteran-bringback'-lot. Simply a nicely preserved - and most certainly not that easily encountered! - SA-Kragenspiegel-pair that belonged to an: 'SA-Scharführer' serving within the 'SA-Standarte 118' ('SA-Gruppe Kurpfalz o. Nordsee') and that is I deem accordingly priced!
