Superb, WH cuff-title (ie. 'Ärmelstreifen') entitled: 'Kreta' (being an example that bears a printed 'RbN.'-numeral) and that comes in a surely issued albeit simply never worn nor once tunic-attached, condition
This is a truly very attractive - and/or fully 'textbook'! - example of a WH cuff-title (ie. 'Ärmelstreifen') entitled: 'Kreta' (being an example that bears a seldomly seen, printed 'RbN.'-numeral that reads: 'RBN.0/0250/2340') and that comes in a surely issued albeit simply never worn nor once tunic-attached, condition. The cuff-title comes in a totally non-shortened- ie. full-length condition (ie. it measures approximately 45 cms.) and was as stated above clearly issued but simply never worn. Both ends - which are fortified by some machine-stitching as more often - show some normal fraying as is more often encountered (as can be seen on the pictures). The cuff-title just shows some minimal age ie. staining caused by decades of storage only (as can be seen on the pictures). It should be stated that these 'Kreta'-cuff-titles are not to be regarded as commemorative cuff-titles (such as the 'Afrikakorps' cuff-title) but were regarded as official awards that needed official recognition (and entries in both 'Soldbuch' and/or 'Wehrpass'). Simply a very attractive and naturally genuine, period-example that will be very hard to be upgraded and that is I deem accordingly priced!
