Attractive - and early-period! - HJ ('Hitlerjugend') related 'tinnie' being a bronze-toned- albeit non-maker-marked example that is showing a knight fighting a snake and text that reads: 'Hitlerjugend - Banntreffen - Bann B 21 - 7.-8. Juli 1934'
The attractive golden-bronze-toned day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in copper-coloured- and/or (I deem) tin-based metal: it shows some normal wear and/or moderate age but has never been (recently) cleaned nor polished (it is still a bit dirty but has maintained a nice, somewhat shiny age-patina). The badge comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin- ie. catch set-up and just shows some minimal age ie. staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'tinnie' is very truly detailed and retains all of its golden-bronze-coloured finish (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece shows an illustration of a knight holding a sword and fighting a snake coupled with (4!) swastika-signs and text that simply reads: 'Hitlerjugend - Banntreffen - Bann B 21 - 7.-8. Juli 1934'. The neat square- (ie. Raute-) shaped piece is totally void of a makers'-designation as more often. Simply an attractive - and actually scarcely encountered! - fairly early-period, 'youth-related' tinnie that is with certainty accordingly priced!
