Superb, WH (Heeres) field-grey-coloured- and/or steel-based belt-buckle, being a maker- (ie. 'Rodo'-) marked example that comes mounted on its (non-marked) leather-based tab and that comes in a minimally used- ie. worn-, condition

This is a very attractive - and scarcely found! - example of a WH (Heeres) field-grey-coloured- and/or steel-based belt-buckle, being a maker- (ie. 'Rodo'- ie. 'Robert Dold'-) marked example that comes mounted on its natural-coloured- and/or genuine leather-based tab and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit used- and/or just minimally worn-), condition. The buckle truly retains almost of its somewhat 'shiny'-styled, field-grey-coloured finish without showing any defaults: it was simply never cleaned nor polished and does show some minimal (rust)staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The inside of the buckle also shows some obvious dust caused by over more than 80 years of storage. The leather-based tab is naturally also still fully functional and souple: as more often (ie. always ?) by examples as produced by the 'Rodo'- (ie. 'Robert Dold - Offenburg') company is the leather-based tab totally VOID of a makers'-designation-stamp (as can be clearly seen in the pictures). The tab remains, however, in an equally nicely preserved condition overall (it was not greased nor oiled and is fully souple). Of interest is, moreover, the fact that the buckle shows the impressed makers-designation (that reads: 'Rodo'). Simply an attractive, 'Rodo'-marked- 'Heeres'-example that is priced according to its overall very nicely preserved- ie. just minimally used- and/or worn, condition!
