Superb - and/or fully matching! - pair of WH (Heeres), early- (ie. mid-) war-period, so-called: 'M40 o. M43'-pattern and neatly 'cyphered' NCO-type shoulderstraps as was intended for a: 'Feldwebel einer Infanterie-Lehr-Regiments'

This is a truly very attractive - not that easily found and/or fully matching! - pair of WH (Heeres), early- (ie. mid-) war-period, so-called: 'M40 o. M43'-pattern and neatly 'cyphered' NCO-type shoulderstraps (ie. 'Schulterstücke für Unteroffiziere des Heeres') having the desirable white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for a: 'Feldwebel einer Infanterie-Lehr-Regiments' (or: NCO ie. sergeant and presumably instructor who served within a specific, infantry training- ie. instruction-unit or regiment) and that comes in overall very nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat straps - which are both approximately 11,5 cms. sized in length - have the 'standard-pattern' and/or: field-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks' and have as stated above the white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured and desirable 'silk-like'-pattern piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The shoulderstraps have the silver-coloured (ie. minimally sub-dued and 'standard-pattern') NCO-braid attached and show a matching pair of the neat (silver-toned, Gothic-styled, regular-sized- and/or aluminium-based) 'L'-cyphers (ie. 'Ziffern') and two (regular-sized- and also aluminium-based) pips period-attached denoting the rank ie. function of: 'Feldwebel einer Infanterie-Lehr-Regiments'. The pair - that came from my private shoulderstrap-collection - comes mounted onto its original tongues and does show some minimal age-, wear and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very attractive and fairly early- (ie. mid-) war-period, 'Heeres' NCO-type, shoulderstrap-pair that belonged to a: 'Feldwebel einer Infanterie-Lehr-Regiments': I deem that I have priced this truly attractive pair, accordingly!
