Superb - and actually very scarcely encountered! - nicely enamelled, so-called: 'Feuerwehr-Ehrenzeichen der II. Stufe' (by the maker: 'L. Chr. Lauer') that comes stored in its period, 'Zellstoff'-based pouch as issued

This is a truly very attractive - and this complete and 'minty' actually very scarcely encountered! - nicely enamelled and/or: colourfully executed, so-called: 'Feuerwehr-Ehrenzeichen der II. Stufe' (or: fire-brigade honorary-medal of the second class) that came with its unconfectioned piece of ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt') as was produced by the maker: 'L. Chr. Lauer' and that came stored in its period, reddish-brown-coloured and/or 'Zellstoff'-based pouch as issued and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. probably issued- albeit simply never used- nor even mounted-), condition. The service-award shows simply no wear and was never cleaned nor polished: it is just a bit tarnished over the years. It came with its (unconfectioned) piece of ribbon (which measures in total 10 cms. in length). The - truly very detailed- and/or pronounced! - award has a minimally 'tarnished' age-patina and shows a fully undamaged, fairly glossy- and neatly enamelled, surface without showing any damage or alike (as can be seen pictures). It was still 'wrapped' in its white-coloured and thin-shaped 'wrapping-paper' when found and came stored in its (rarely seen!) period, 'Zellstoff'-based pouch that shows the makers'-designation: 'L. Chr. Lauer - Nürnberg/Berlin' printed on its back (as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply a superb - and not that often-encountered! - TR-period, honorary service-award that is accordingly priced: one of the best such examples I ever had on offer!
