Attractive - and fully matching! - pair of WH (Heeres) early- (ie. mid-) war-period- (ie. 'M40'- ie. 'M43'-pattern), 'standard-issued' NCO-type shoulderstraps as was intended for an: 'Unterwachtmeister eines (Sturm)Art.-Abts. o. Rgts.' This is a truly very attractive - just minimally used and/or fully matching! - pair of typical 'standard-issued'- (ie. non-'tailor-made'-) pattern, WH (Heeres) early- (ie. mid-) war period- (ie. 'M40'- ie. 'M43'-pattern) NCO-type shoulderstraps (ie. 'Schulterklappen für Unteroffiziere des Heeres') as was piped in the desirable bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Unterwachtmeister o. Unteroffizier eines (Sturm)Artillerie-Abteilungs o. Regiments' (or: junior-sergeant who served within an artillery unit or regiment) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem just minimally used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat straps - which have the 'standard'-pattern, field-grey-coloured and/or typical woolen-based 'upperdecks' and that measure approximately 11,2 cms. in length each - show the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured and/or woolen-type piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps - that show the typical silverish-toned (ie. non-sub-dued) NCO-braid attached - come naturally mounted onto their period (regular-shaped) tongues attached and come both in a very nice- (ie. fully 'text-book') condition overall (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair only shows minimal wear and/or age and is just very nicely preserved (as can be seen on the pictures). I deem this an excellent occasion to acquire a neat NCO-type, non-privately-purchased '(Sturm)Artillerie'-related shoulderstrap-pair for a justified price!
