Attractive - fully matching and clearly used! - pair of WH (Heeres) NCO-type (ie. 'M36- o. M40'-pattern) shoulderstraps as was intended for usage by an: 'Oberfeldwebel eines Heeres Nachrichten-Abteilungs'

This is a truly attractive - fully matching and actually not that easily found! - pair of WH (Heeres) pre- (ie. early-) war-period, so-called: 'M36- o. M40'-pattern, NCO-type shoulderstraps having the neat bright-yellow- (ie. 'zitronengelber'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for - and clearly worn by! - an: 'Oberfeldwebel eines Heeres Nachrichten-Abteilungs' (or: sergeant first-class who served within an army-signals unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit clearly ie. moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The shoulderstraps - which measure approximately 11,9 cms. in length each - have the 'standard-type'- and/or darker-green-coloured, woolen-based 'upperdecks'. The straps - which have the bright-yellow- (ie. 'zitronengelber'-) coloured- and/or woolen-type piping attached - show the ('standard-issue'-pattern, silver-grey-coloured ie. somewhat 'sub-dued') NCO-braid and two (reagular-sized, aluminium-based) pips each period-attached denoting that the NCO who wore this pair held the rank of an: 'Oberfeldwebel': of interest is moreover that that these pips were (surely period!) addtionally attached and fortified by means of some stitching (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps - which came mounted onto their functional tongues and that originated from a private-household in Germany - show as stated above some moderate usage and/or wear only (some minor staining and/or dust is visible and/or present). Simply an attractive and/or: pre- (ie. early-) war-period, 'Heeres'-related NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage by an: 'Oberfeldwebel eines Heeres Nachrichten-Abteilungs' and that is I deem accordingly priced!
