The very attractive - and actually not that easily found! - rectangular-shaped day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in golden-bronze-toned and zinc-based metal (ie. pot-metal) and depicts a larger-sized eagle-device with swastika and towns'-view and showing the text: 'N.S. Flugtag 1932 - Braunschweig' and was as such intended for a specific 'Flieger'-related gathering that took place in 1932. The 'hollow-back'-pattern badge comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin- ie. pin/catch set-up and was (I deem) never cleaned nor polished: it just shows some minimal staining but is still very detailed and/or pronounced. The 'tinnie' - which shows a clearly-present makers'-designation on its back that reads: 'Wächtler & Lange - Mittweida SA' - truly retains all of its (typical, minimally tarnished) bright golden-coloured finish. Simply a great occasion to acquire an attractive - and not that easily encountered! - fairly early-period, so-called: 'Tagungs- o. Veranstaltungsabzeichen' for a justified price!
