Attractive, Waffen-SS officers'-pattern, rank-insignia-bar (as was specifically intended for usage on the camouflaged-attire) as was used by an officer holding the rank of: 'Oberleutnant' (ie.: 'Waffen-SS Obersturmführer')
This is an attractive - albeit regrettably single! - Waffen-SS officers'-pattern, rank-insignia-bar (ie. 'Rangabzeichen für die Tarnuniform') as was specifically intended for usage on the camouflaged-attire as was used by an officer holding the rank of: 'Oberleutnant' (ie.: 'Waffen-SS Obersturmführer') and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem never worn- ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-), condition. The neat piece - which is of the 'partly machine-stitched'-pattern - as executed in black-coloured and/or woolen-based background - show a single oakleaf-bar and two square-sized bars, signifying that this patch was specifically intended for usage by an SS-officer holding the rank of: 'Oberleutnant' (ie.: 'Waffen-SS Obersturmführer'). The piece just shows some minimal storage-age (as can be seen on the pictures). This neat arm-badge is of course a 100% text-book- (and as stated above) original example that originates from a US-veteran who 'liberated' this piece in 1945. Simply an attractive - and actually very scarcely encountered! - Waffen-SS-related rank-insignia-bar that is with certainty accordingly priced!
