Attractive - and fully matching! - pair of early-pattern: 'Nachrichten-HJ' (ie. 'Hitlerjugend') shoulderstraps as intended for usage by a: 'Scharführer' who was attached to the: 'Bann 166' (Bann 166 = 'Bann Main u. Obertaunus')

This is an attractive - fully matching and actually truly scarcely found! - pair of beige-brown- (ie. tan-) toned- and/or typical early-pattern, so-called: 'Nachrichten-HJ' (ie. signals 'Hitlerjugend') shoulderstraps as was intended for usage - and most certainly worn by! - a: 'Scharführer' who was attached to the (unusually found!): 'Bann 166' (Bann 166 = 'Bann Main u. Obertaunus' as was situated in the 'Gebiet West Hessen-Nassau') and that comes in an overall nice- (I deem just moderately used- ie. carefully tunic- or shirt-removed-), condition. The straps - which are executed in typical, beige-tan-coloured linnen as to be expected - have the bright-yellow-coloured- (and typical rayon-based!) piping attached and show the machine-embroidered - by means of 'Kurbelstickerei' (also yellow-coloured) - so-called: '166'-numerals (ie. 'Ziffern'). The straps never had a tongue attached and come as found and/or issued: the pair is of 'sewn-in'-pattern and was once tunic-attached (as can be noticed on the pictures). The straps shows two (typical) smaller-sized (and zinc-based) pips each attached (denoting the rank of a: 'Scharführer') and measure spproximately 11,2 cms. in length and do show some minimal age ie. staining simply caused by moderate wear and/or decades of storage. The straps are totally void of an 'RzM'-etiket (as can be seen on the pictures): this might have been once present but has been lost during regular usage (as is more often seen). It should be noted that all 'cyphered' (ie. 'Hitlerjugend') shoulderstraps can easily be graded 'scarce' even more so when they are of the desirable 'Nachrichten-HJ'-related, early-pattern!
