Attractive, smaller-sized (ie. miniature) so-called: 'watch-fob' (ie. key-holder) as executed in the form of a darker-blue-/white-coloured NCO-type side-arm knot (ie. 'Portepee' or: 'Troddel') as was used for the various WH-type bayonets

This is an attractive - and most certainly unusually encountered! - personal- (ie. souvenir-) item: a small-sized (ie. approximately 10 cms. long-sized-) 'watch-fob' (ie. key- or watch-holder) as was executed in the form of a darker-blue-/white-coloured NCO-type side-arm knot (ie. 'Portepee' or: 'Troddel') as was specifically intended for usage on the K98 bajonets ie. their leather bayonet frogs as worn by 'Unteroffiziere' (ie. NCO-usage) and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used and/or worn-), condition. The neat piece - which shows some minimal wear and which has minimally stained over the years (as can be seen on the photos) - comes still mounted on its original, chromed-metal-based 'musketon-hook'-device as issued. These little - and most certainly desirable! - 'souvenir-items' could be privately purchased in specialised shops, canteens and/or so-called: 'Wehrmachtsheime' etc. Simply a very nice little WH item: only the third such neat little item I ever had on offer!
