Single - and quite scarcely seen! - WH (Heeres) NCO-type (ie. 'M36-/M40'-pattern- and 'pointed-styled-') neatly 'cyphered' shoulderstrap as was intended for usage by a: 'Feldwebel u. Mitglied des Radfahr-Abteilungs o. Schwadrons 1'

This is an attractive - albeit regrettably single but nevertheless quite scarcely found! - WH (Heeres) early- (ie. pre-) war-period, so-called: 'M36-/M40'-pattern- (pointed-styled) neatly 'cyphered'- (and/or per regulation non-piped ie. generic-styled!) NCO-type shoulderstrap as was intended for - and clearly worn by! - a: 'Feldwebel u. Mitglied des Radfahr-Abteilungs o. Schwadrons 1' (or: sergeant who served within a specific bicycle-unit, numbered: '4') and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The shoulderstrap - which is approximately 11,3 cms. sized in length - does show the darker-green-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdeck' and 'standard'-pattern, silver-toned NCO-braid, attached. Moreover, does it show a neat (I deem 'Buntmetall-based', larger-sized and tarnished silver-toned) so-called: 'R'-cypher (ie. 'Ziffer') and equally-styled (smaller-sized) '1'-numeral and/or single pip attached. All three devices are nicely preserved but do show some obvious age and/or wear (as can be seen on the pictures). The strap - which came mounted onto its functional tongue - shows as stated above some moderate usage and/or wear (some minor staining and/or dust is visible and/or present). It should be noted that all 'cyphered'-pattern, WH (Heeres) 'Radfahr'-related shoulderstraps can easily be regarded 'fairly scarce'. This strap originates from an older shoulderstrap ie. board-collection that I recently acquired for the web-site. Simply an attractive and/or: early-war-period, neatly 'cyphered' and/or 'Heeres'-related NCO-type shoulderstrap that was intended for usage by a: 'Feldwebel u. Mitglied des Radfahr-Abteilungs o. Schwadrons 1'!
