Attractive - and actually scarcely encountered! - RAD (ie. 'Reichsarbeitsdienst') brown-coloured sleeve-badge (or: 'Dienststellenabzeichen') as was specifically intended for usage by all (lower-ranked) RAD-staff acting at: 'Reichsleitungs'-level
This is an attractive - and actually scarcely encountered! - so-called: RAD (ie. 'Reichsarbeitsdienst') sleeve-badge (or: 'Dienststellenabzeichen') that is void of a numeral ie. unit-designation as was specifically intended for usage by all (lower-ranked) RAD-staff acting at: 'Reichsleitungs'-level and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. most certainly used- and/or once tunic-attached-), condition. These RAD (or: 'Reichsarbeitsdienst') sleeve-badges (or known in German language as: 'Dienststellenabzeichen') were intended for all (lower-ranked) RAD-staff - actually from: 'Arbeitsmann' upto: 'Obertruppführer' as attached to the highest- (ie. 'Reichsleitungs'-) level. These badges were worn on the left sleeve of the mustard-brown coloured RAD tunics. The badge is neatly executed in so-called 'BeVo'-weave-technique and shows an interwoven 'RADJ'-logo: it was clearly used- and/or worn and was nicely period-folded- ie. trimmed. Simply a nice - and actually quite scarcely seen - 'RAD- Dienststellenabzeichen' that is accordingly priced!
