Attractive, zinc- (ie. 'Feinzink'-) 'N.S.D.A.P.'-related supporter-pin- (or: 'Freiheitsbund-Abzeichen') being a maker- (ie. 'E.F. Wiedmann'-) marked example showing the text: 'Opferring Gau Hessen-Nassau'
The truly attractive lapel-pin (ie. N.S.D.A.P.- 'Freiheitsbund-Abzeichen') which has (I deem) just been minimallly used ie. worn has a very nicely preserved (greyish-silver- and typical zinc-like) age-patina and has most certainly never been cleaned nor polished: it is showing normal wear but is void of any damage (as can be seen on the pictures): for the rest it just shows some regular wear ie. minimal scratches. The lapel-pin shows, moreover, a somewhat tarnished- (ie. minimally stained) finish as can be seen from the pictures. This example comes mounted onto its regular-styled, longer-sized pin (which is naturally still fully functional and/or present). The pin shows a clearly present makers'-designation on its back that read: 'E.F. Wiedmann - Frankfurt a.M.' on its back (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece came stored in a smaller-sized (blue-coloured- and carton-based) etui ie. 2-pieced box that shows the makers-designation: 'J.A. Henckels Zwillingswerk - Solingen' as can be noticed on the pictures: I deem, however, that this period etui might have not been handed-out with the lapel-pin: it was, however, found as such and comes with the pin as found. A similar piece is also figured in the 'Heering-Hüsken'-lapel-pin-catalogue wherein it is given a unique reference-number ('4131E') and is given an estimated value of 200 Eu(!). I deem this an attractive - and actually not that easily found! - 'N.S.D.A.P.'-related supporter-pin- (or: 'Symphatisanten- o. Freiheitsbund-Abzeichen') that is I deem priced according to its nicely preserved and fully untouched condition!
