Attractive - and truly rarely encountered! - WH (Heeres) hand-embroidered, trade- and/or special-career insignia (ie. 'Tätigkeitsabzeichen') as executed on a darker-green-coloured background as was intended for a: 'Festungsbaufeldwebel'
This is a very attractive - I deem truly worn- and/or tunic-removed and actually very rarely encountered! - WH (Heeres) hand-embroidered, trade- and/or special-career insignia (ie. 'Tätigkeitsabzeichen') as executed in golden-yellow-coloured thread on a darker-green-coloured background, as was specifically intended for usage by an NCO having the function of a: 'Festungsbaufeldwebel' (or: fortress-construction NCO ie. sergeant) and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. I deem clearly used- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The patch is as stated neatly hand-embroidered in golden-yellow-coloured linnen on a darker-green-coloured- and/or woolen-based background as to be expected. The patch - which shows a bluish-grey-coloured and/or linnen-based backing attached - shows a white ink-stamped makers'-designation that reads: 'ST' and shows some minimal glue- and/or carton-remains on its back (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very attractive - and truly rarely encountered! - WH trade- and/or special-career patch (ie. 'Tätigkeitsabzeichen'): one of the hardest to encounter examples of the extensive series!
