This is an attractive - albeit regrettably single! - early- (ie. mid-war-) period, so-called: 'M40 o. M43'-pattern, WH (Heeres) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap as was piped in the darker-blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat der Sanitäts-Truppen' (or: simple soldier ie. medical orderly who served within the army medical-troops) and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The shoulderstrap - which measures approximately 11,5 cms. in length as more often seen - has the neat 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as is more encountered with these early- ie. mid-war-period shoulderstraps). The shoulderstrap - which originates from a larger cloth- and insignia-collection I recently acquired for the web-site - comes naturally mounted onto its functional tongue. Simply an attractive - and/or fully 'text-book'! - 'M40 o. M43'-pattern, EM-type 'Sanitäter'-shoulderstrap that was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat der Sanitäts-Truppen'!
