Attractive - albeit minimally mismatched - pair of early- (ie. pre-) war-period- ie. 'M36- o. M40'-pattern, WH (Heeres) EM-type shoulderstraps as were intended for usage by a: 'Soldat einer Kavallerie- o. Aufklärungs-Abteilungs'
This is an attractive - and as such actually scarcely encountered! - minimally mismatched pair of (I deem) early-ie. pre-war-period- ie. 'M36'- (ie. M40-) pattern (rounded-style- and 'standard'-issued-), WH (Heeres) ie. 'Kavallerie'-related, enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps as piped in the neat golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured branchcolour as were intended for a: 'Soldat einer Aufklärungs-Abteilungs' (or: simple soldier who served within a cavalry-related, reconnaissance unit ie. regiment) and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem issued and just minimally worn- ie. used-), condition. The neat shoulderstraps - which each measure approximately 11,1 cms. in length - were most certainly worn as a pair and come naturally mounted onto their original tongues (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair was hardly used ie. worn and comes as found and/or stored for decades. The shoulderstraps - which show the neat and desirable, golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured and/or woolen-type piping attached - have the typical darker-green-toned 'upperdecks'. Simply an attractive pair of early- (ie. pre-) war-period so-called: 'M36- o. M40-pattern' EM-type shoulderstraps as was intended for - and worn by! - a: 'Soldat einer Kavallerie- o. Aufklärungs-Abteilungs'!
