Neat, WH (Kriegsmarine) specific lapel-pin for female WH naval signal-staff ie. 'Dienstbrosche der Marinehelferinnen' being an unmarked (but period-engraved!) specimen that comes in an overall very nice- (and only moderately used-), condition
This is an attractive - and actually quite scarcely seen! - WH (Kriegsmarine) so-called: 'Dienstbrosche der Marinehelferinnen' (or specific lapel-pin for female WH naval signal-staff) being an unmarked (albeit period-engraved- ie. personalised) specimen that comes in an overall nice- (and only moderately used-), condition. The badge - which is executed in so-called: molded zinc (ie. 'Feinzink') as always - comes in a sligthly used- and/or worn condition and still retains most of its darker-blue- (ie. golden-) coloured paint (it just shows some minimal usage- ie. wear-marks as can be noticed on the pictures. It is void of a makers'-designation (as usual) and depicts an anchor on a bluish- ie. golden-coloured background: of interest is, however, the fact that this example shows a period engraved name on it back that simply reads: 'Ellen B.H.' (or as can be noticed on the pictures). These neat badges were worn by as well administrative- as/or signal (ie. 'Nachrichten') staff-members. The nicely preserved badge comes on its (functional) and original pin- ie. catch set-up. A similar pin is also figured in the Heering-Hüsken 'Abzeichen'-catalogue, wherein it is given a unique reference-number (9504C) and given an estimated value of 250 Eu. Simply an attractive - and quite scarcely seen! - female-related KM-related badge that is with certainty accordingly priced!
