Superb - and fully matching! - WH (Heeres), 'cyphered' officers'-type shoulderboard-pair (as unusually constructed of linnen!) as was intended for an: 'Oberst des Infanterie-Regiments 21'

This is a very attractive - just moderately used- and/or worn but fully matching! - WH (Heeres), high-ranked and neatly 'cyphered', officers'-type shoulderboard-pair (that is unusually constructed from linnen-based cloth!) and that is piped in the neat white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Oberst des Infanterie-Regiments 21' (or: army full-colonel who served within the infantry regiment, numbered: '215') and that comes in an overall very nice- (and I deem moderately used ie. worn- and/or tunic-removed-), condition. The shoulderboards come mounted onto their typical officers-pattern tongues: they are truly 'text-book'-examples of the 'Heeres'-type 'Infanterie'-shoulderboards and have the silverish-black- (ie. somewhat tarnished-) 'upperdecks'. The boards show the white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour (and are unusually constructed from smooth-type linnen). The boards show two (larger-sized, golden-toned- and/or: 'Buntmetall'-based- albeit minimally tarnished) pips and dito (older-styled) '2'- and/or '1' numerals (ie. cyphers or 'Ziffern') each period-attached, denoting the officers'-rank of: 'Oberst'. The boards measure approximately 10,4 cms. in length each. The pair was most certainly used and/or worn as such and does show some moderate age, wear and/or staining. Simply a neat - and comparatively scarcely encountered! - fairly high-ranked, officers'-type, 'Infanterie'-related shoulderboard-pair that belonged to an: 'Oberst des Infanterie-Regiments 21'!
