Neat - and actually scarcely encountered! - RAD (ie. 'Reichsarbeitsdient') armbadge as executed in neat 'BeVo'-weave pattern, as was intended for usage by a 'Sanitäts-Unterführer o. Mann' (ie. 'RAD-Feldscher')

This is a neat - and actually not that commonly encountered! - RAD (ie. 'Reichsarbeitsdient') special-career arm-insignia (or: 'Laufbahn- o. Tätigkeitsabzeichen' aka: 'RAD-Funktionsabzeichen') depicting a upward-positioned life-rune-sign as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Sanitäts-Unterführer o. Mann' (ie. 'RAD-Feldscher') and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. clearly issued- and/or carefully tunic-removed-) condition. These badges were worn on the lower left sleeve of the mustard-coloured (EM- ie. NCO-type) RAD-tunics and/or garments. The badge - which shows the white-coloured upward-positioned life-rune-sign - is neatly executed in so-called 'BeVo'-weave technique. The piece was carefully confectioned ie. folded as to be expected and was once tunic-attached (and carefully tunic-removed as can be seen on the pictures). The badge is neatly maker-marked and displays the interwoven so-called: 'Ges.Gesch.'-designation as is more often found on RAD cloth badges- and/or insignia. This badge originates from a smaller collection of rarely seen RAD-related cloth-insignia I recently acquired for the web-site. It should be noted that all 'RAD-Funktionsabzeichen' are quite rarely encountered: those intended for specialised functions such as the one offered here even more so!
