Attractive - and scarcely encountered! - HJ- (Hitlerjugend-) (ie. DJH-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') as was issued to commemorate a HJ-related gathering ie. rally named: 'Opfertag für die Deutschen Jugendherbergen'
This is a very attractive - and actually truly scarcely encountered! - (I deem) fairly early-period, HJ/BDM- (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'/'Bund Deutscher Mädel'-) ie. DJH- (ie. 'Deutsche Jugend Herbergen'-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstalstungsabzeichen') that was specifically issued to commemorate a specific HJ-/DJH-related gathering ie. rally (named: 'Opfertag für die Deutschen Jugendherbergen') being a non-maker-marked example that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The very detailed and/or pronounced (shield-shaped) day-badge - which is executed in typical, golden-toned metal (I deem so-called: zinc- ie. pot-metal) - is (unusally!) void of a year- nor date-designation and truly shows extraordinary detail and was almost certainly never cleaned nor polished: it is just somewhat tarnished by age. The piece (which is as stated above non-maker-marked) depicts a detailed illustration of a HJ-member holding the logo of the: 'DJH' coupled with the text: 'Opfertag für die Deutschen Jugendherbergen' and comes mounted onto its (of course still functional) pin-/catch set-up (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very nice - and most certainly not that often encountered! - HJ/BDM- (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'/'Bund Deutscher Mädel'-) ie. DJH- (ie. 'Deutsche Jugend Herbergen'-) related 'tinnie'. I deem that I have priced this attractive example according to its desirability and/or truly nicely preserved- and/or fully untouched, condition!
