Stunning - and scarcely encountered! - WH (Heeres- ie. Waffen-SS) 'Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen in Bronze' (or bronze-class IAB) being a neatly maker- (ie. 'JFS'-) marked example that comes stored in its (rarely seen!) 'Zellstoff'-based pouch

This is a truly gorgeous example of the actually scarcely encountered and very desirable! - WH (Heeres- ie. Waffen-SS) 'Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen in Bronze' (or: bronze-class infantry-assault badge ie. IAB) being a neatly maker- (ie. 'JFS'-) marked example that comes stored in its (equally maker-marked- and quite rarely seen!) carton- (ie. 'Zellstoff'-) based pouch and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-), condition. The badge - which is quite 'vaulted' ie. 'converse' as always - is a typical example as was produced by the: 'Josef Feix und Söhne'- (ie. 'JFS'-) company based in the town of Gablonz and comes in a truly stonemint and/or never worn condition (it might possibly have been issued but was I deem simply never worn). The badge (which is as stated neatly maker-marked with the abbreviation: 'JFS' on its back) has great pronounced detail and retains a fully preserved (neatly chocolate-bronze-coloured!) finish and was (of course) never cleaned nor polished. It comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin- ie. pin/catch set-up (as can be seen on the pictures). The award came stored in its (truly rarely encountered!) and equally marker-marked carton-based pouch which is constructed from typical, reddish-brown-coloured, so-called: 'Zellstoff'-based material. The pouch comes in an equally very nice ie. fully complete and still functional condition. Simply a very attractive and original IAB-set that will be very hard to be upgraded: I deem that I have priced this neat set according to its obvious rarity and/or desirability!
