Unusual - and most certainly very decorative! - N.S.F.K.-related so-called: 'Goldene Teilnehmerplakette - Reichswettkämpfe des NS-Fliegerkorps - Kassel - 12.-14.-8-1938' being a nicely preserved example

This is a very decorative - and most certainly unusually encountered! - N.S.F.K.- (ie. 'National-Sozialistisches Fliegerkorps'-) related, so-called: 'Goldene Teilnehmerplakette - Reichswettkämpfe des NS-Fliegerkorps - Kassel - 12.-14.-8-1938' (or: non-portable award-plaque or table-medal) being a nicely preserved example that comes as stored for decades and that comes in an overall very nice - and/or fully undamaged-, condition. The piece - which shows the specific N.S.F.K.-eagle- (ie. 'fliegender Mensch'-) device and is executed in golden-bronze-toned- and/or light-weight- (ie. aluminium-based and neatly 'feuervergoldetes') so-called: 'Leichtmetall' and is quite largely-sized (it has an approximate diameter of 8,4 cms.). It deals with a so-called: 'Teilnehmer-plakette' (or: non-portable participation-medal) which was awarded for the participation within a specific N.S.F.K.-related-competition called the: 'Reichswettkämpfe des NS-Fliegerkorps' which was held in the year 1938. The plaque - which shows extraordinary detail and has a great age-patina - shows some truly minimal usage (I deem simply caused by decades of storage and/or: fair handling over the years) but retains a truly superb appearance. Of additional interest is, moreover, the fact that this example shows a clearly present makers'-designation on its back that reads: 'Ernst Müller - Pforzheim' (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very attractive 'N.S.F.K.'-related-award that is I deem accordingy priced!
