Attractive - albeit single! - WH (Heeres), early-war-period (ie. 'M36'- ie.: 'M40'-model- ie. rounded-style-) 'cyphered', NCO-type shoulderstrap as was intended for an: 'Oberfeldwebel u. Offz.-Anwärter u. Mitglied der (Sturm)Artillerie-Truppen'
This is an attractive - regrettably single but nevertheless not that often encountered! - WH (Heeres) early-war-period- (ie. 'M36'- ie.: 'M40'-model- ie. rounded-style-) NCO-type shoulderstrap as was piped in the bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for - and with certainty worn by! - an: 'Oberfeldwebel u. Offziersanwärter u. Mitglied der (Sturm)Artillerie-Truppen' (or: sergeant first-class ie. officers'-candidate who was attached to the artillery-troops) and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat strap - which has the 'standard'-pattern- and/or darker-green-coloured- and/or woolen-based 'upperdeck' - has the neat bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured - and/or 'silke-like'-type piping attached and is (I deem) a typical 'standard-issued' piece (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps - which measures approximately 11,2 cms. in length - comes mounted onto its period tongue (as can be seen on the pictures). The strap shows two (matching, larger-sized and zinc-based) pips period-attached. Moreover, does it show the (bright)silver-toned NCO-braid and does shows two (firmly-attached and horizontally-mounted) 'Laschen' attached (denoting that the NCO was an officers-candidate). The strap shows - as stated above - only moderate usage ie. wear (just some moderate age, dust and/or staining is visible and/or present). In any case is this a nice occasion to acquire an attractive and desirable NCO-type, '(Sturm)Artillerie'-related shoulderstrap that belonged to an: 'Oberfeldwebel u. Offiziers-Anwärter': I deem that this neat strap is accordingly priced!
