Neat - regrettably single but nevertheless scarcely encountered! - WH (Luftwaffe) later-war period- (ie. 'simplified'- ie. 'M44- o. M45'-pattern-) EM-type shoulderstrap as was intended for a: 'Soldat der Nachrichten-Truppen'
The attractive - and with certainty not that easily found! - WH (Luftwaffe) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap does show the desirable copper-brown- (ie. 'kupferbrauner'-) coloured and/or: typical 'silk-like'-type piping attached and measures approximately 11 cms. in length and is clearly of the simplified. so-called: 'last-ditch'- (ie. 'M44 o. M45'-) pattern. The shoulderstrap is constructed from the (typical) bluis-grey-toned, later-war-type wool and comes naturally mounted onto its functional tongue (as can be noticed on the pictures). The strap just shows some minimal age ie. wear and was clearly used and/or worn as such. It should be noted that these copper-brown-piped- (thus signals ie. 'Nachrichten'-related) and/or later-war period- (ie. 'simplified'- ie. 'M44- o. M45'-pattern-) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps are quite desirable and can easily be graded 'scarce' even more so when they come in such a nicely preserved condition as the strap on offer here!
