Single, early- (ie. mid-) war-period so-called: 'M40 o. M43'-pattern WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstrap as piped in the white-coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier u. Offiziersanwärter der Infanterie-Truppen'
This is an attractive - clearly worn albeit regrettably single! - (I deem) early- (ie. mid-) war-period, so-called: 'M40 o. M43'-pattern, WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstrap as piped in the white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier u. Offiziersanwärter der Infanterie-Truppen' (or: junior-sergeant and officers'-candidate who served within the army infantry-troops) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. just moderately used- and/or worn-), condition. The shoulderstrap - which measures approximately 11,2 cms. in length as more often seen - has the field-grey-toned 'upperdeck' and has the desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as is more encountered with these early- ie. mid-war-period shoulderstraps). The shoulderstrap - which originates from a larger cloth- and insignia-collection I recently acquired for the web-site - comes mounted onto its functional tongue and shows the yellowish-silver-toned (ie. minimally sub-dued) NCO-braid (plus double-sized, horizontally-mounted and equally-styled 'Anwärter-Laschen' period-attached. Simply a neat - and/or fully 'text-book'! - 'M40 o. M43'-pattern, NCO-type 'Infanterie'-shoulderstrap that was intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier u. Offiziersanwärter der Infanterie-Truppen'!
