Single, early-war-period so-called: 'M36 o. M40'-pattern WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstrap as piped in the white-coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier der Infanterie-Truppen'
This is an attractive - clearly worn albeit regrettably single! - (I deem) pre- (ie. early) war-period, so-called: 'M36 o. M40'-pattern, WH (Heeres) NCO-type shoulderstrap as piped in the white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier der Infanterie-Truppen' (or: junior-sergeant who served within the army infantry-troops) and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. clearly used- and/or worn-), condition. The shoulderstrap - which measures approximately 10,2 cms. in length as more often seen - has the darker-green-toned 'upperdeck' and has the woolen-type piping attached (as is more encountered with these early-war-period shoulderstraps). The shoulderstrap - which originates from a larger cloth- and insignia-collection I recently acquired for the web-site - comes mounted onto its functional tongue and shows the bright-silver-toned (ie. non-sub-dued) NCO-braid period-attached. Simply a neat - and/or fully 'text-book'! - 'M36 o. M40'-pattern, NCO-type 'Infanterie'-shoulderstrap that was intended for usage by an: 'Unteroffizier der Infanterie-Truppen'!
