Attractive - albeit regrettably single! - Waffen-SS, NCO-type shoulderstrap as piped in the bright-green-coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by an: 'SS-Unterscharführer' who served within the: 'SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Truppen'

This attractive - just moderately worn albeit regrettably single! - Waffen-SS, NCO-type shoulderstrap shows the neat bright-green- (ie. 'wiesengrüner'-) coloured branchcolour and/or 'silk-like'-type piping attached and was as such worn by a junior NCO holding the rank of: 'SS-Unterscharführer der Panzer-Grenadier-Truppen' (or: sergeant who served within a Waffen-SS rifle-regiment ie. unit). The strap is in all facets a fully 'text-book'-SS-strap and does show the minimal signs of having been used and/or worn as such. The shoulderstrap - that measures approx. 11 cms. sized in length as more often encountered - shows some moderate age simply caused by moderate wear and/or usage. The strap shows the typical Waffen-SS-pattern- and/or: smaller-shaped tongue attached (as only observed on genuine Waffen-SS-pattern straps) and shows a black-coloured underlay (as can be noticed on the pictures). It shows the bluish-grey-coloured (ie. truly sub-dued) NCO-braid period-attached denoting that it was used by an NCO holding the rank of an: 'Unterscharführer' (or: junior-sergeant). It should be noted that these original, period Waffen-SS-shoulderstraps can nowadays easily be graded 'scarce': even more so when they are of the NCO-type and piped in the not that commonly encountered, bright-green-coloured- (ie. 'SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Truppen'-related-) branchcolour. I deem that this attractive and textbook Waffen-SS NCO-type shoulderstrap is accordingly priced!
