Attractive - albeit regrettably single! - Waffen-SS, NCO-type shoulderstrap as piped in the bright-pink-coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by an: 'SS-Hauptscharführer' who served within the: 'SS-Panzer-Truppen'

This attractive - just moderately worn, albeit regrettably single! - Waffen-SS, NCO-type shoulderstrap (as was - amongst others - specifically intended to be used on the black-coloured, 'wrap-around'-styled Panzer-tunics) shows the neat bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured branchcolour and/or 'silk-like'-type piping attached and was as such worn by an NCO holding the rank of: 'SS-Hauptscharführer der Panzer-Truppen' (or: sergeant first-class who served within the tank-troops). The strap is in all facets a fully 'text-book' (and I deem somewhat early-war-period!) SS-strap and does show the minimal signs of having been used and/or worn as such. The shoulderstrap - that measures approx. 11 cms. sized in length as more often encountered - shows some moderate age simply caused by moderate wear and/or usage. The strap shows a regular-shaped tongue attached (as observed on somewhat early-period, genuine Waffen-SS-pattern straps) and shows a somewhat greyish-black-coloured underlay (as can be noticed on the pictures). It shows the bluish-grey-coloured (ie. truly sub-dued) NCO-braid and two (regular-sized and I deem 'Buntmetall'-based) pips period-attached denoting that it was used by an NCO holding the rank of: 'Hauptscharführer' (or: sergeant first-class). It should be noted that these original, period Waffen-SS-shoulderstraps can nowadays easily be graded 'scarce': even more so when they are of the NCO-type and piped in the not that commonly encountered, bright-pink-coloured- (ie. 'SS-Panzer-Truppen'-related-) branchcolour. I deem that this attractive and textbook Waffen-SS NCO-type 'Panzer'-shoulderstrap is accordingly priced!
