Superb - albeit regrettably single! - early- (ie. pre-) war-period WH (Heeres) 'M36'- (ie. 'M40'-) pattern (rounded-style) 'cyphered', EM-type shoulderstrap as was intended for a: 'Soldat u. This is an attractive - and as such actually scarcely encountered albeit regrettably single! - early- (ie. pre-war-) period WH (Heeres), 'M36'- (ie. 'M40'-) type (rounded-style) and neatly 'cyphered', enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstrap as piped in the bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for - and with certainty worn by! - a: 'Soldat u. Mitglied des Panzer-Jäger-Regiments 23' (or: simple soldier who served within the specific, anti-tank- ie. tank-destroyer regiment, numbered: '23') and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used and/or worn-), condition. The neat shoulderstrap has a darker-green-coloured and (smooth) woolen-based 'upperdeck' as to be expected and shows the bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured and/or woolen-type piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The strap comes mounted onto its functional tongue and measures approximately 10,8 cms. in length and shows the neat (machine-embroidered by means of so-called: 'Kurbelstickerei'), Gothic-styled: 'P'-cypher (or: 'Ziffer') and '2'- and/or '3'-numerals attached (which are executed in the bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured wool ie. linnen as to be expected. The strap shows some moderate age and/or wear (some minor staining and/or dust is visible-and/or present). It should be noted that all 'cyphered'-type shoulderstraps can be easily regarded 'scarce'. Simply an attractive and/or early- (ie. pre-) war period, neatly 'cyphered Heeres'-related shoulderstrap as was intended for a: a: 'Soldat u. Mitglied des Panzer-Jäger-Rgts. 23': too bad that it is only a single strap!
