Attractive - and very detailed! - neatly reddish-bronze-coloured (and I deem copper-toned- ie. 'tin-metal'-based-) so-called: 'door-plaque' (ie. 'Türplakette') entitled: 'Mitglied der N.S.-Volkswohlfahrt' (N.S.V.) - Gau Düsseldorf'

This is an attractive - simply never issued- nor used and truly very detailed! - neatly reddish-bronze-coloured (and I deem copper-toned- ie. 'tin-metal'-based-) so-called: 'door-plaque' (ie. 'Türplakette') that is entitled: 'Mitglied der N.S.-Volkswohlfahrt' (N.S.V.) - Gau Düsseldorf' and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. 'virtually mint'!), condition. The somewhat larger-sized, third-Reich-period (door)plaque has an approximate diameter of 7,8 cms. and depicts an illustration of the typical N.S.V.- (ie. 'N.S.-Volkswohlfahrt'-) logo and two swastika's and being surrounded with the text as mentioned above (as can be seen on the pictures). The plaque show three tiny holes for screwing ie. attaching the plaque to a doorpost: as such the residents could be identified as members of this TR-organisation. The pieces is truly unissued ie. 'virtually mint' and does show no damage whatsoever (it was - I deem - never cleaned nor polished) and has very nice and pronouned detail. The piece retains its typical golden-bronze-coloured 'age-patina' and just shows some minimal strorage-age only (caused by having been stored as such for decades). Simply a nice occasion to acquire a decorative - and with certainty that not that often seen! - 'N.S.-Volkswohlfahrt'-related door-plaque ie. 'Türplakette' for a competitive price!
