Superb - and scarcely encountered! - later-war period, WH (Heeres) machine-embroidered trade- and/or special career patch as intended for a: 'geprüfter Nachrichtenmechaniker-Unteroffizier' (or: qualified signals-mechanic ie. NCO)

This is a very attractive - and with certainly very scarcely encountered! - truly later-war period, WH (Heeres) machine-embroidered trade- and/or special career patch as was specfically intended for usage by a: 'geprüfter Nachrichtenmechaniker-Unteroffizier' (or: qualified signals-mechanic ie. NCO) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. 'virtually mint-/unissued'-), condition. The patch is neatly machine-embroidered in golden-yellow linnen on a (unusual!) darker-green-coloured and/or woolen-based background. The patch is not maker-marked and is neatly backed with a piece of black-coloured linnen (which is common for these badges). The patch shows a period-attached silver-toned- and/or braid-based border was as such intended for a qualified-specialist ie. 'geprüfter Nachrichtenmechaniker-Unteroffizier' (having a least one-years' experience in this field). It should be noted that this is actually a very scarcely encountered 'Heeres' trade- ie. special career-patch that was only introduced as late as May 1944. The piece on offer here was simply never issued and cannot be upgraded: it shows some minimal age and/or staining simply caused by decades of storage only. Simply a very attractive later-war period, Heeres speciality-patch (with silver-toned rim!) that is actually not that often offered for sale!
