Attractive - and fully matching! - pair of officers'-pattern, WH (Heeres o. Waffen-SS) rank-insignia-bars (for usage on the various camouflaged-uniforms) as was used by an officer holding the rank of: 'Major' (ie.: 'SS Sturmbannführer')

This is an attractive - and fully matching! - pair of officers'-pattern, WH (Heeres o. Waffen-SS) rank-insignia-bars (ie. 'Rangabzeichen für die Tarnuniform') as was intended for usage on the various camouflaged-uniforms by an officer holding the rank of: 'Major' (ie.: 'SS Sturmbannführer') being both typical, printed examples as executed on typical silk-like material (ie. 'Kunstseide') and that come both in an overall very nice- (ie. never used- ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-), condition. Both pieces - which are of the 'printed pattern' as executed in black on a bright-green-coloured and/or 'silk-like'-type, linnen-based background - show two oakleaf-bars and a single square-sized rank-bar signifying that these patches were intended for usage by an officer holding the rank of: 'Major' (ie.: 'SS Sturmbannführer'). Both pieces are just a tiny bit stained ie. wrinkled caused by decades of storage but are simply nicely preserved over the years (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and actually not that often encountered! - matching pair of WH (Heeres o. Waffen-SS) rank-insignia-bars that is with certainty accordingly priced!
