This is a neat - very detailed and I deem never used nor worn - example of a WH (Heeres) silver-greyish-coloured and minimally tarnished, so-called: 'M43'-pattern cap-badge (ie. 'Mützenabzeichen') depicting three: 'Eichenlaub'-branches as was used by the various 'Jäger'-related, divisional-staff throughout the war. The piece - which is executed in silver-coloured- and (I deem) typical zinc-based metal is void of a makers'-designation (as more often) and retains all of its three (fragile but of course still functional and never bent prongs (as can be seen on the pictures). The badge is a tiny bit stained but was never cleaned nor polished. Simply a great occasion to acquire a 100% original 'Jäger'-related cap-badge for a competitive price!
