Attractive - and truly scarcely seen! - colourful and neatly 'BeVo'-woven armshield as was specifically intended for a volunteer who served within the: 'Luftschutzpolizei Böhmen-Mähren' (as situated in the: 'Protektorat Böhmen-Mähren')

This particular volunteer-armshield shows four shields on a field-coloured background and is neatly woven in the so-called: 'BeVo'-weave technique: it comes in a non-confectioned- (ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued' condition) as recently found. It was never trimmed- nor pre-folded and comes 'as straightly and carefully cut-off the role' (as can be seen on the pictures). This example was intended for usage by a member that served within the: 'Luftschutzpolizei Böhmen-Mähren' (or: air-raid warden service as was situated in the: 'Protektorat Böhmen-Mähren'). This shield comes as stated in a 'minty' and never tunic-attached condition (it shows, however, minimal staining caused by decades of storage only). These - original - 'official' arm-shields as executed in 'BeVo'-type weave (ie. presumed German manufacture by the company of 'BeVo'!) can be easily considered 'scarce' and are quite difficult to encounter!
