This is an attractive - and I deem hardly used! - example of a single-pieced, WWII-period ribbon-bar (ie. 'Feld-/Bandspange') showing the ribbon for a: 'WH (Heeres o. Kriegsmarine) Dienst-Auszeichnung der 4. Stufe' (or: WH army or naval loyal-service medal for 4 years of loyal service) having a detailed (bright-silver-coloured) eagle miniature-device attached and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit used and/or minimally worn-), condition. The - truly detailed! - (eagle)device has a neat and/or minimally 'frosted' albeit very detailed appearance: it retains a nice and/or bright-silver-coloured age-patina (as can be noticed on the pictures). The piece - that is not 'backed' with a piece of wool but that comes mounted onto a 'crimped'-backing-plate - is naturally fully functional and comes mounted onto its functional pin- (ie. pin/catch-)set-up (as is more often observed). Simply a neat, WH (Heeres o. Kriegsmarine) related 'Feld-/Bandspange': ideal to upgrade or decorate any Heeres- or Kriegsmarine-tunic!
