Superb - and fully matching! - pair of WH (Heeres), early- (ie. mid-) war-period- (ie. 'M40- o. M43'-) pattern NCO-type shoulderstraps as piped in the white-coloured branchcolour as was intended for an: 'Uffz. eines Infanterie-Regiments'

This is a truly very attractive - and/or fully matching! - pair of 'standard-issue'-pattern, WH (Heeres) early- (ie. mid-) war-period- (ie. 'M40- o. M43'-) pattern NCO-type shoulderstraps (ie. 'Schulterklappen für Unteroffiziere des Heeres') as piped in the white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour as was intended for - and clearly worn by! - an: 'Unteroffizier eines Infanterie-Regiments' (or: NCO ie. junior-sergeant who served within an infantry-regiment ie. unit) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. clearly used- ie. worn- and/or tunic-removed-), condition. The straps - which are both approximately 11,3 cms. sized in length - have the 'standard-pattern'- and/or: field-grey-coloured, woolen-based 'upperdecks' and have as stated above the desirable 'silk-like'-type- and/or white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour ie. piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The shoulderstraps show the ('standard'-issue-pattern) bluish-grey-coloured (and neatly 'sub-dued'!) NCO-braid attached denoting that the pair was intended for an NCO holding the rank of: 'Unteroffizier'. The pair - that shows some obvious albeit minimal wear - comes mounted onto its original tongues and does just show some moderate age and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very attractive early- (ie. mid-) war-period, 'Heeres' NCO-type, 'Infanterie'-related shoulderstrap-pair that belonged to an: 'Unteroffizier eines Infanterie-Regiments': I deem that I have priced this very attractive - and by all means 'text-book'! - pair accordingly!
