Attractive - albeit broken into 2 parts - example of an aluminium-based 'SS-Verfügungstruppen o. SS-VT'- (ie. 'D'- or: 'Deutschland'-) related ID-disc (ie.: 'Erkennungsmarke') bearing the unit-designation: '15./SS D - SS-Verfügungstruppe'

This is an attractive - albeit broken into 2 parts but nevertheless still scarcely encountered! - example of a bright silver-coloured- and/or: typical aluminium-based, so-called: 'SS-Verfügungstruppen o. SS-VT'- (ie. 'D'- or: Regiment 'Deutschland'-) related ID-disc (ie.: 'Erkennungsmarke') bearing the stamped unit-designation that simply reads: '15./SS D - SS-Verfügungstruppe' and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit clearly used ie. worn-), condition. The attractive disc comes in overall nice condition (and is partly executed in an attractive letter-type!) and shows the clear evidence of having been used ie. worn (it shows some torn-out holes as can be seen in the pictures). The disc is void of the bearers'-blood-group-type but shows the soldiers' ID-number ('143') as stamped (twice) onto its front and comes as recently uncovered. It was never cleaned nor polished (and it is still a bit stained and/or dirty). Simply an attractive and honest 'SS-Verfügungstruppen o. SS-VT'- (ie. 'D'- or: 'Deutschland'-) related ID-disc that is I deem accordingly priced!
