Attractive - and neatly maker-marked! - WWI- (ie. TR-) period so-called: 'Ordenspange' (being of the non-'detachable-pattern') showing resp. an: 'EK II. Kl.'. a: 'FKK 1914-18 mit Schw.' and a: 'Feuerwehr-Ehrenzeichen der II. Stufe'

This is an attractive - and in this unusually found combination scarcely found! - example of a WWI- (ie. Third Reich-) period, so-called: 'Ordenspange' (of the non-'detachable-pattern') and that is respectively showing an: 'Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse' (or: iron cross second class), a WWI-period: 'Frontkämpferkreuz 1914-18 mit Schwertern' (ie.: 'Kriegsteilnehmerkreuz 1914-18 mit Schw.') and a detailed (nicely enamelled and/or: colourfully executed!) so-called: 'Feuerwehr-Ehrenzeichen der II. Stufe' (or: fire-brigade honorary-medal of the second class) and that comes as issued, moderately worn and/or recently found. The detail on the 'EKII. Klasse' is truly stunning and nicely preserved: it has - I deem - never been cleaned nor polished and has an attractive and/or minimally tarnished age-patina (as can be seen on the pictures). It retains nice details and has a nicely preserved, black-finished (ie. somewhat 'satin-like'- ie. 'shiny-style') core and that is void of paint-loss (but that shows some minimal staining in its centre). The 'FKK 1914-18' is void of a makers'-designation on its back but the detail on this award is also nicely preserved but it does show some tarnished age-patina and some minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The detail on the 'Feuerwehr-Ehrenzeichen der II. Stufe' is simply extraordinary: it is totally void of any enamel-damage and has - I deem - never been cleaned nor polished and has a very attractive and just minimally tarnished age-patina (as can be seen on the pictures). All three awards - which show their nicely preserved, period ribbons - come 'period-mounted' onto a metal 'clasp' that is nicely 'backed' with green-coloured wool (and that shows a functional pin- ie. catch-set-up) as was intended for wearing this example on a 'going-out'- ie. dress-tunic or 'Waffenrock'. Of additional interest is, moreover, the fact that this neat medal-bar shows a (period-attached!) makers'-logo (ie. small metal 'bar') that shows the text: 'Fr.Ackermann - Militärausrüstungen - Koblenz/Rh. Balduinstr. 1' (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive WWI- (ie. Third Reich-) period, 'Ordenspange' showing an unusual combination and that is with certainty accordingly priced!
