Superb - rarely found and/or fully matching! - pair of WH (Heeres), early- (ie. mid-) war-period (ie. 'M40'- ie. 'M43'-pattern) EM-type 'cyphered' shoulderstraps for a: 'Soldat der Infanterie-Truppen u. Mitglied einer Unteroffiziersschule'
This is a truly very atttractive - fully matching and actually rarely found! - pair of WH (Heeres), early- (ie. mid-) war-period (ie. 'M40'- ie. 'M43'-pattern-) neatly 'cyphered', enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps as piped in the desirable white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Soldat der Infanterie-Truppen u. Mitglied einer Unteroffiziersschule' (or: soldier who served within an infantry-related, junior-NCO school) and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem clearly issued and just moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The neat straps - which have the 'standard'-pattern, field-grey-coloured and/or woolen-based 'upperdecks' - have the white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour and have the desirable, 'silk-like'-type piping attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps each measure approximately 11,4 cms. in length and are fully matching in style and/or execution: they are a typical, 'standard-issued'-pair. The straps (which come naturally mounted onto their functional tongues) show the neat (white-coloured and Gothic-styled) so-called: 'US'-cyphers attached (which are executed in so-called: 'Kurbelstickerei' as to be expected). The pair was clearly used and/or worn and does show some obvious age, wear and/or staining as to be expected. Simply a great occasion to acquire an attractive - and with certainty very desirable! - 'Infanterie'-related, EM-type shoulderstrap-pair that belonged to a: 'Soldat der Infanterie-Truppen u. Mitglied einer Unteroffiziersschule'!
