This is an attractive - and actually not that easily ie. truly scarcely found! - 'TeNo'- (= 'Technische Nothilfe'-) so-called: trade- ie. special-career-patch (ie. 'Laufbahn- o. Tätigkeitsabzeichen') as was specifically intended for staff-members acting as: 'Mauer' (ie. stone-mason) and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem simply never wworn nor tunic-attached-), condition. The patch shows a machine-embroided trowel (ie. 'Kelle') and is executed in silverish-white-coloured linnen on a typical darker-brown-coloured (and woolen-based) background and is void of any additional backing (as can be noticed on the pictures). The piece comes in a wonderful condition and simply cannot be upgraded. These attractive 'TeNo'-related 'Laufbahn- o. Tätigkeitsabzeichen' were formally adopted in 1942 and saw only limited usage. Simply an attractive - and most certainly desirable! - 'TeNo'- (= 'Technische Nothilfe'-) related speciality-patch that is with certainty accordingly priced!
