Commemorative, black-toned- and/or: typical zinc-based: 'N.S.K.O.V.'-related 'tinnie' being a maker- (ie. 'A. Donner'-) marked example showing the text: 'Reichstreffen der N.S.K.O.V. - Berlin - 1. The neat day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in (light-weight) black-coloured and/or: molded zinc-based material (ie. 'Feinzink'): it shows some minimal wear and/or moderate age (but has never been cleaned nor polished and retains a nicely preserved, somewhat 'matted' age-patina). The - somewhat later-period - badge comes mounted onto its functional pin- ie. catch set-up and shows some minimal age- and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'tinnie' - that shows a detailed makers'-designation on its back that reads: 'A. Donner - Wuppertal-E.' - is quite detailed and shows the typical 'N.S.K.O.V.'-logo (with swastika) mounted onto a circular-shaped surface with above that a detailed representation of the 'Reichstag'-building and showing the text as mentioned above. It should be noted that all 'N.S.K.O.V.-related tinnies that were intended to commemorate an event at town- (ie. 'Bezirks'-) level (such as the piece on offer here) saw much more limited usage and can easily be graded 'fairly scarce'. Of course, did I price this attractive example accordingly!
