This is a neat WH replacement-item that is actually quite hard to encounter when needed: a smaller-sized, so-called: carrying-strap ie. 'Tragelasche für Gasmaskenbuchse' (ie. end-piece only!) as was specifically intended for usage onto the various German WWII-period gas-mask-cannisters being a typical non-maker-example that comes in an overall nice- (I deem hardly worn- ie. 'virtually mint'-), condition. The strap is totally void of any marking nor date (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece just shows some staining and/or minimal handling-age only: the metal (ie. aluminium-based) 'hook' retains almost all of its original, field-grey-coloured paint (and does show a clear makers'-designation ie. logo as can be seen on the pictures). The piece comes naturally with its accompanying stud and is as such ready to be re-affixed to any gas-mask-container. It should be specifically noted that this spare-part is a genuine WWII-period example and NOT a post-war- ie. BW-related item (or alike). Simply a nice occasion to acquire a neat - and actually quite hard to encounter! - equipment-piece that can easily be used to complete any WWII German gasmask-cannister. Hard to encounter a nicer example for a better price!
