Superb, silver-toned (and zinc- ie. 'Feinzink'-based-) 'Deutsche Volkspflege'- (ie. civil-service) medal being a non-maker-marked example that came stored in its 'Zellstoff'-based pouch (by the 'Hersteller' named: 'Hauptmünzamt München')
The truly attractive - and in this wonderful and untouched condition actually scarcely seen! - bright-silver-toned and (I deem) typical zinc- ie. 'Feinzink'-based so-called: 'Medaille für Deutsche Volkspflege'- (ie. civil-service-medal) came stored in its period, generic-styled- and 'Zellstoff'-based pouch as issued. The award is a very detailed and/or pronounced example: it has a truly nice, only minimally 'tarnished' age-patina and was most certainly never cleaned nor polished (as can be seen on the pictures). The medal came together with its neat (ie. approximately 20(!) cms. long-sized- and/or neatly pre-folded) piece of (truly purple-red-coloured- ie. not-faded) ribbon as issued and/or found. The award came stored it is (scarcely seen!) generic-styled, 'Zellstoff'-based type pouch that is void of any text on its fromt and that shows the printed makers'-designation: 'Hauptmünzamt München' printed on its back. This pouch came in an equally nicely preserved- ie. used- but still complete condition (as can be seen on the pictures). The set as such was recently found at a German private-household and was truly never before in collectors'-hands. Simply a very attractive and fully complete 'Deutsche Volkspflege'-example that will be very hard to be upgraded and that is I deem accordingly priced!
