Superb - and fully matching! - pair of later-war-period, so-called: 'M44'-pattern, 'simplified' WH (Heeres) EM-type shoulderstraps as piped in the white-coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat der Infanterie-Truppen'
This is a very attractive - fully matching and actually quite scarcely encountered! - pair of later-war-period, so-called: 'M44'-pattern, 'simplified' WH (Heeres) enlisted-mens'-type shoulderstraps as piped in the white- (ie. 'weisser'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Soldat der Infanterie-Truppen' (or: simple soldier who served within the infantry-troops) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. just minimally used- ie. worn-), condition. The shoulderstraps - which measure approximately 11 cms. in length each as more often seen - have the neat, 'silk-like'-type piping attached that shows some minimal age and/or staining (something that is also valid for the straps). The shoulderstraps are constructed following the typical '1944 cloth-minimising production-manner', using different shades of wool and/or material (as can be seen on the pictures). The straps come naturally mounted onto their functional tongues and are truly matching in all details. It should be noted that all 'M44'-pattern, EM-type shoulderstraps are actually quite hard to find and can easily be graded ‘scarce’: even more so when they are piped in the desirable, white- (ie. ‘weisser’-) coloured branchcolour. Simply a very attractive - and/or fully ‘text-book’! - M44-pattern EM-type 'Infanterie'-pair that was intended for usage by a: 'Soldat der Infanterie-Truppen'!
