The neat - and fully matching! - WH (Luftwaffe) collar-patch-pair (ie. 'Kragenspiegelsatz') is executed in the typical, light- ie. rust-brown- (ie. 'hell- o. kupferbrauner'-) coloured - and/or 'smooth'- (ie. 'felt-like'-type-) wool (as can be seen on the pictures). The patches were most certainly issued and once tunic-attached: they still shows some of its stitching-remains with which they were once tunic-attached (as can be noticed on the pictures). Both tabs show a single (fully identical- and/or bright-silver-toned and I deem aluminium-based) gull (ie. wing or: 'Schwinge') period-attached and are both nicely 'backed' with the reddish-brown-coloured- (and/or typical 'Buckram'-based-) material as more often encountered (one of the wings shows a somewhat loosened prong that is nevertheless still present and attached). It should furthermore be noted that these genuine and matching 'LW-Nachrichten'- (ie. signals-) collar-tab-sets are nowadays not that easily encountered!
