Neat, 'Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse' being a non-maker-marked example that comes together with its ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt') and 'Zellstoff'-based pouch as was produced by the maker: 'AG der Graveur-, Gold- u. Silberschmiede-Innungen'
This is an attractive 'Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse' (ie. iron cross second-class) being an example that was surely issued but that was (I deem) never worn nor even mounted and that comes together with its folded- and/or non-confectioned (and approx. 29 cms. long-sized-) ribbon (ie. 'Bandabschnitt') and came stored in its (regular-sized-) darker-blue-coloured- and/or 'Zellstoff'-based pouch as stored for decades. The cross - which is void of a makers'-designation - was with certainty never cleaned and has a nice and/or attractive age-patina: it has, however, lost most of its: 'hochpolierte Kanten' (or: polished sides) and is fairly 'tarnished' (as can be seen on the pictures). The cross has a very nicely preserved, black-finished (ie. somewhat 'matted'-) core: it is truly void of any damage or alike. The piece is just a tiny bit dusty and/or stained but was never cleaned nor polished. The cross has very nice and/or pronounced detail as to be expected for a cross by this desirable maker: it shows all the characteristics for a by the: 'AG der Graveur-, Gold- u. Silberschmiede-Innungen' produced IC. The 'Zellstoff'-based pouch comes also in a very nice and fully functional condition: it does show some minimal age and/or staining. The pouch shows a clearly printed makers'-designation on its back that reads: 'Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Graveur-, Gold- u. Silberschmiede-Innungen - Hanau' (as can be seen on the pictures). The set was recently found at a German private-household and was truly never before in collectors'-hands. Simply an attractive and matching IC-set by the company: 'AG der Graveur-, Gold- u. Silberschmiede-Innungen': I deem that I did price this with certainty desirable IC-set, accordingly!
