Attractive example of a WH (Heeres) so-called: 'Jäger'-armbadge being a neatly machine-embroidered- and/or multi-coloured version as was executed on darker-green-coloured wool

This is an attractive - and I deem just moderately used! - (variant!) example of a WH (Heeres) so-called: 'Jäger'-armbadge being a neatly machine-embroidered- and/or multi-coloured version as was executed on darker-green-coloured wool and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. I deem just moderately used and/or once tunic-attached-), condition. The piece is void of an additional 'backing' something that is more often encountered (as can be seen on the pictures). The badge on offer here was (I deem) issued and used: it does shows some minimal age, wear and/or staining. These decorative (arm-)badges were worn on the right-upper-sleeve by the troops that were attached to the various 'Jäger'- (ie. rifle- ie. infantry-related-) regiments (being some sort of mid-war-period, infantry-related units). Simply a nice occasion to acquire such a neat - and worn! - 'Heeres-Jäger'-armbadge for a competitive price!
