Attractive - fully matching and with certainty rarely found! - pair of bright-green-coloured- (and/or: bright-red piped!) WH (Luftwaffe) collar-patches (ie. 'Kragenspiegel') as was intended for a: '(Sturm)Art.-Soldat o. Uffz. der LW-Felddivisionen'
This is a truly attractive - fully matching and with certainty scarcely found! - typical bright-green-coloured- (and/or: bright-red-piped!) pair of WH (Luftwaffe) collar-patches (ie. 'Kragenspiegel') as was intended for usage by a: '(Sturm)Artillerie-Soldat o. Uffz. der LW-Felddivisionen' and that comes in an overall nice- (I deem moderately used and/or presumably once tunic-attached-), condition. The neat collar-tabs (ie. 'Kragenspiegelsatz für Uffz. u. Mannschaften der LW-Felddivisionen') are executed in bright-green-coloured- (smooth- ie. 'moleskin'-like-) wool and were as such intended for usage by a soldier (or even NCO) belonging to one of the the late-war-period so-called: 'Luftwaffe-Felddivisionen' (or later-war-period, LW infantry-related units ie. ground-troops). The patches show a macthing pair (silverish-grey-coloured- and/or: I deem zinc-based- and 3-pronged) gulls period-attached and show a brownish-beige-coloured- and/or 'buckram'-based backing in place (as can be seen on the pictures). The tabs are, moreover, nicely piped with bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) coloured piping (which is executed in the neat 'rayon'-like pattern) something that (I deem) most certainly signified '(Sturm)Artillerie'-related usage. Simply a very attractive and desirable LW 'Felddivisionen'-collar-tab-pair that is actually scarcely encountered: I deem that I have priced this scarcely seen and attractive LW-collartab-pair accordingly!
